Should kids play with toy guns?

The use of toy guns by kids has been a controversial issue in recent years, due to the amount of gun violence related deaths that have been occurring in the United States.

Studies have shown that the gun violence homicide rate is 25 times higher in the United States then other developed countries.

A study conducted by a team from the University of Michigan revealed that said weapons were considered to be the second leading cause of child death in 2016 .

Therefore the use of toy guns by kids, should be closely supervised by parents as it has a potential to increase agressive behavior in a child based on a study conducted by Malcom Watson from Brendeis University and also could cause accidental deaths by police forces if they qre unqble to identify what type of weapon the child is carrying.
